1. No Refunds on Delivered Templates

Once a template is purchased and the download link has been accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if:

3. Template Customization Services

Custom work, setup, or modification services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered.
